Warranty Policy

SCAT work with the motto "Commitment of the value and effectiveness of technology", our products sold in the market are committed to a free one-year warranty first use, the troubleshooting services as well as replacement cost if any will be completely free us during this time. SCAT always guaranteed to deliver quick and convenient services to make sure that the system of customers, partners operate in a stable and continuous.
From the 2nd year we will start the charge warranty service through the service contract between the two parties or charged according to the customer to fix the problem.
Warranty process:
1. Customers contact to our company via email or call Technical Support directly by phone.
2. SCAT support to answer any questions, or guide customers to troubleshoot over the phone or remote support via internet
3. Technicians to the customer in the case not be settled over the phone or remote access.
4. Technicians report of the system state after recovery.
Out of warranty scope
Please note that we will not warranty in the following cases below:
1. No stamp of the product warranty
2. Changing the connection of the system
3. Change the configuration of the system
4. Compromised by computer viruses
5. Unforeseen incidents such as electrical, natural disasters, etc.
6. Deliberate errors caused by users.
